A (growing) portfolio building and distressed business turnaround company. Specifically, we provide corporate venture capital services 【风投服务】. We work with companies looking for diversification, new growth or turnaround from a troubled business. Often a client looks to exit from a troubled or successful company or an industry.

Aditus Asia Capital Partners (LLP) is a specialized identifier of strategic opportunities in which are used to build new companies. We specialize also in selected industries or domains of business where we feel we understand and have the capabilities to create a new value.

Of special interest to the Management is also distressed business turnaround projects, drawing on our practical experience in the relevant industries. Before we undertake such a project, we need to have already identified a strategic battle angle with which to enter and to bring the distressed business out safely on the other side.

Our method for portfolio building and turnaround is unconventional in that we do not depend on fundraising for business acquisitions initially but for working capital as the major winning strategy.

About the Founder

Before founding Aditus Asia, I spent 20 years in small & medium enterprise small loan banking, venture capital, and private equity deals. In the last few years, this also included turning around distressed businesses and advising stagnating enterprises for pivoting or re-growth strategies. My practical exposures and domain expertise can be found in finance, manufacturing, ICT distribution/system integration, government contractual works, among others.

I hold a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin (USA) and a Masters in Venture Capital Management from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

Veloron Engineering Sdn Bhd

Client: A local supplier of recycled metal and other scraps.

Aditus Asia put together a seasoned team of project managers and Horizontal Directional Drilling (“HDD”) competent workers to found this company in 2024. One of its first projects was with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) to provide cable laying service at multiple locations. We offer our client an opportunity to deploy capital here to diversify growth.

We provide operation and corporate development guidance within an executive directorial role at Veloron Engineering. Aditus Asia undertakes a significant minority shareholding in this endeavor.

Veloron Engineering is on track to achieve its first Ringgit Malaysia 10-million revenue target.

Rocket G Engineering Sdn Bhd

Client: A seasoned telco services provider from Shandong, China.

The client sought the opportunity to deploy capital and diversify out of China. Working within the capital restrictions by the Chinese government, Aditus Asia arranged for local financing for working capital where required, while machinery, equipment, and skilled technical workers are provided from China.

Rocket G is slated to set up an HDPE pipe manufacturing plant in Malaysia via a combination of local and foreign investment arrangements. We provide operation and corporate development guidance within an executive directorial role at Rocket G Earthwork. Aditus Asia undertakes a significant minority shareholding in this endeavor.

Nexbliss Sdn Bhd

Client: Bumiputera company Founders with potential business from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and other government contracts.

At Aditus Asia, we provide connections to working capital for founding companies with the potential to succeed.

We provide operation and corporate development guidance within an executive directorial role at Nexbliss via a separate operating entity infused with capital and working machinery.
